Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bewerby at https://bewerby.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bewerby is a job application platform that helps users:

• Search and discover Ausbildung (vocational training) positions and jobs in Germany
• Build and export professional CVs using AI-assisted tools
• Generate and send job application emails to employers on their behalf
• Manage and track job applications

Some features require a paid credits balance. Credit costs are displayed before each action.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Bewerby offers an optional Gmail integration that allows the platform to send emails on your behalf using your Google account. By connecting your Gmail account, you:

• Grant Bewerby permission to send emails through your Gmail account using the gmail.send scope only
• Acknowledge that emails will be sent to employer addresses you select and approve
• Understand that Bewerby does not read, store, or access your existing emails or inbox
• Can revoke this permission at any time from your profile settings or via Google Account Permissions

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your Gmail account. Do not use the email feature to send spam, misleading, or illegal content.

• Certain features (email sending, AI generation) consume credits from your balance
• Credit costs are shown before each action — no hidden charges
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed
• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used — contact us to request a refund
• We reserve the right to change credit prices with 30 days advance notice

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Send false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without permission
• Upload malicious files or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Bewerby uses AI to generate CV content, email drafts, and job match scores. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — always review before sending
• You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent to employers
• AI generation does not guarantee job application success

The Bewerby platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you create on the platform (your CV, profile data, uploaded files) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

• Bewerby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that any job application will result in an interview or employment
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings sourced from third parties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bewerby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, data loss, or failed applications.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Bewerby is registered.
